SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

• Orders usually take between 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.
• Every order has 3 attempts for delivery. The courier will try to contact you by phone up to 3 times. If there's no response or the delivery can't be completed, the order will be returned to us.
• You can easily track your order through the tracking link you got on your SMS.

Refund Policy:

• We accept refund requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The courier will give you the refund upon collecting the item, provided it is in good condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.

Exchange Policy:

• We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days.
• Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with original packaging.
• Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable.
